Ideal property, has very helpful staff at reception desk. Great-sized unit with king bed. Excellent location next to main attractions and a tram station. Based in a nice quiet area. A pleasant restaurant in hotel. Honestly no reason to complain.

The staff at the hotel were amazing! They were like real-life superheroes, speaking multiple languages and providing practical guidance on the area. They were always ready to save the day and make our stay memorable.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was unexpectedly beautiful, nestled in a park on the outskirts of Rouen close to a forest. It provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to assist with any queries or requests. Lastly, the rooms were well-appointed with comfortable beds and all the necessary facilities. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail and the value for money. Not to mention, the breakfast spread was ample and delicious, providing a great start to the day.

The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Additionally, the rooms are well-designed and equipped with facilities like air-conditioning, perfect showers, and comfortable beds.

The lack of coffee/tea facilities outside of breakfast hours is a drawback for those needing a hot beverage later in the day.
